- Slice the ripe bananas into ¼-inch rounds and arrange them in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet or plate. Freeze for 1–2 hours, or until completely frozen.
- Gather your blender, frozen bananas, yogurt, milk, and honey.
- Add the Greek yogurt to the blender, followed by the frozen bananas, milk, and honey.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.
- Enjoy immediately for a soft-serve consistency, or freeze for up to 1 hour for a firmer texture. (Freezing much longer may result in ice crystals and make the ice cream harder to scoop.)
Top with sliced bananas, nut butter, fresh berries, granola, chopped nuts, dark chocolate chips, shredded coconut, or cinnamon, and enjoy!
