- Place all of the ingredients, including the almond butter, into a blender. Blend on high speed until the batter is smooth and pourable. If it seems too thick, add a splash of milk until it pours easily.
- Heat the pan or griddle on low or medium heat for about five minutes. Lightly grease the pan with butter or olive oil using a paper towel. If using a quality nonstick pan, you should only need to grease it once.
- Pour the batter into a warm skillet, listening for a gentle sizzle as you pour.
